At Talaria Sting Bikes, we understand that purchasing an electric bike or related accessories is an important investment. We are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and hassle-free process should your plans change.
Return Policy
Return Window: 14 days from delivery
Return Method: By mail or approved freight service
Return Fees: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Restocking/Cancellation Fee: Up to 50% for customized orders or late cancellations
Product Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered
1. Order Cancellations
We provide tiered refund options depending on the stage of order processing:
Within 7 Days of Order: Eligible for a 100% full refund of your deposit
Within 30 Days of Delivery: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total purchase price (costs for completed custom upgrades or modifications will be deducted)
Within 14 Days of Delivery: Not eligible for a refund if logistics, shipping, and labor commitments have already been completed
2. Customizations & Upgrades
Custom modifications or upgrades (special parts, accessories, performance upgrades, custom finishes, etc.) may require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure materials and begin production.
Remaining balances are due upon delivery
Once production or customization begins, changes may result in additional charges
3. Returns Upon Delivery
If your bike or product arrives damaged, defective, does not meet agreed specifications, or is otherwise unsatisfactory:
Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping and logistics expenses
Inspection: We strongly encourage customers to inspect all products immediately upon delivery and report any issues as soon as possible to speed up resolution
Non-Returnable Items Include:
Custom-built or special-order products
Products modified after delivery
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not caused by our error
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval:
