2. Delivery Preparation & Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and accessible. Please ensure the following:
Someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon delivery.
The delivery location is accessible for standard delivery or freight vehicles.
Any apartment, gated access, or special delivery instructions are provided before shipment.
Talaria Sting Bikes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information or inaccessible delivery locations.
